We ship internationally first class! The shipping cost is paid for by the customer and can be adjusted at checkout based on the destination of your order. Tracking information will be provided via email direct from the courier, once dispatched. (If shipping internationally please note that the customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties that may apply).

TACO MEAL KITS:

We currently only ship to addresses within London. Any orders for shipping that are outside this area will not be fulfilled.

We will be sending our food boxes on Monday using a next day delivery service which will arrive the next day for TACO TUESDAY.

PLEASE ORDER BY SATURDAY AT 5PM FOR TUESDAY DELIVERY.

Once you have placed your order you will be given a tracking number for your parcel or to arrange your delivery.
Please leave your contact number just in case you are needed to be contacted.

When ordering multiple items for a single order for different delivery dates, we will deliver produce out on the latter date.

We use recycled/compostable packaging where possible! Please recycle your packaging!

*PLEASE NOTE* All of our food is pre-cooked & chilled in a safe environment and vacuum packed. All garnishes are prepared fresh which is why we need a little more time to prepare your order. We store our meal kits in an insulated pouch that will last for 48 hours prior to the DPD collection. Please refrigerate immediately upon receiving your order!

Please be advised that we are not responsible for missing deliveries or damaged packages. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party is responsible for contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that once your order has been signed for, the shipper is no longer responsible for that shipment.

TACO MEAL KITS:

We are unable to accept returns of perishable items.
